Ever since the election of 1992, Charles King has used his dead-on vocal impersonation of William Jefferson Clinton for radio stations around the Denver metro area (especially Newsradio85 KOA,  KHOW, KRFX, KTLK, and KNUS.)  In 1998, he began putting together the costumes needed and began giving presentations, awards, and "speeches" as the President.
